The preparatory conference of Ort Israel Network’s school principals for the 2020-21 school year, overshadowed this year by COVID-19, was held online using remote access, and looked at coping with conditions of uncertainty. The conference, which was split into two rounds, began with an overview of current management challenges, presented by Timora Shiri, Deputy Director-General and Head of Education and Administration Department at Ort Israel Network.
After this presentation, principals convened in separate discussion groups around three topics:
Optimal school climate, led by Ortov team.
Digital technology and hybrid pedagogy, led by Ort Network’s R&D Center staff.
A handful of HR – five things to notice for 2020-21, led by Ort Network’s HR team.
